Qualifications

Qualifications for all Bus and Truck Driver Training Programs

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a current valid driver's license
• Have an acceptable motor vehicle report
• Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and drug screen

Application Process

• Initial interview, preferably in person, to discuss career choices and employment qualifications.  These qualifications include:
  • Motor vehicle report obtained from DMV and reviewed
  • Criminal background
  • Work history
  • Stability
  • Health issues
• Tuition payment options
• Employer applications submitted
• Conditional pre-hire letters received from employers
• School acceptance
